When you become a Techout.com customer, we are partners. As such, we offer unlimited alerting. You will never be charged for alerts, regardless of the quantity or type.
Telephone Call Alerting - Leaves Voicemail
Our telephone call alerting platform guarantees delivery of the alert by leaving a voicemail. When a telephone alert is required our XML to Voice module will call the alertee(s) and provide as much detail as possible through a clearly articulated voice communication. If no answer is received, our technology will leave a voicemail if the receiving telephone accepts voicemail.
Text Message
When voicemail is not convenient or desired Text messages can be received. Each Text message will contain as much detail as possible about the system(s) affected and the detail of the error.
Email Alerts
As with most alerting platforms, Techout.com offers email alerting. Each email message will contain as much detail as possible about the system(s) affected and the detail of the error. If required, recovery email messages can be sent.
Live Human Telephone Call Alerting
Live, human, telephone call alerting will occur under the discretion of Techout.com. When a catastophic event occurs involivng your web systems, we know it. When appropriate, our internet performance specialists will attempt to contact you directly via telephone to ensure you are aware of the event. If and when possible, we will work directly with your developers, service providers, and other technicians to help determine root cause of the problem.
